For three days in August, MTV will host an open-air music festival called, "MTV ZUSHI FES 11". It will be held at the Riviera Zushi Marina in Kanagawa, Tokyo.
MTV started the festival three years ago in 2008. They wanted a festival where the stage was surrounded by palm trees, had a pool, and music fans in their swim gear; so they chose a resort as the event location. This year will be the longest for the event since it will be going on for 3-days.
A few artists have been announced already. Among them are Aqua Timez, BENI, HAN-KUN, Hirai Dai, JAMOSA, Katou Miliyah, Naoto Inti Raymi, Cyclamen, and Shimizu Shota. More artists will be announced later.
Ticket sales for the event will start on May 11th.
