Today, the first trailer for the upcoming movie "Moteki" (starring Moriyama Mirai, Nagasawa Masami, Aso Kumiko, Naka Riisa, and Maki Yoko) was revealed through its official website.

"Moteki" is based on a best-selling manga and was turned into a TV drama last summer. In March, it was announced that the story would gain a movie adaptation with the same lead actor, but with different original heroines.

The protagonist is a timid man named 'Fujimoto Yukiyo', who never had any luck with women. One day, his 'moteki' � a period when one becomes very popular and attractive to others � suddenly arrives, which puts him in the wonderful yet awkward situation of being surrounded by several beautiful women. How will he handle all the attention, and will he finally manage to find his true love?

The trailer shows that Moriyama didn't forget how to amuse viewers with his portrayal of 'Yukiyo'. We also get a first glimpse at the four new love interests: a magazine editor with a bewitching smile (Nagasawa), a neat and clean office lady (Aso), a flashy gal full of secrets (Naka), and an abusive senior colleague (Maki).

The protagonist can be seen in various enviable and pitiful situations with the four women, so check out the trailer below and anticipate its opening day on September 23rd!
