As image characters for �Hythiol-B�, a medicine tablet to cure acne, AKB48�s Oshima Yuko (22), Kojima Haruna (23), and Shinoda Mariko (25) will be featured in their second CM for the product, �Nikibi ni Kiiteiku (Effective on Acne)�. Alongside with a song that the three girls specifically sang for this CM, the clip will focus on their dislike of acne by pointing their finger at the acne and dancing with their hands. This performance will feature the girls making poses and at the end of it, they will be making a �B� with their hands. Oshima said, �Our rhythm is perfect!� and concluded the filming of this CM with that.

This CM will broadcast nationwide starting on the 31st of this month.
