Arashi's Sakurai Sho (29) and actress Miyazaki Aoi (25) have teamed up once again for a collaboration CM between insurance company Aflac and the movie, �Kamisama no Karute�.

The CM has been titled, "Cinema", and recording for it completed on August 18th. Reportedly, the CM features the Aflac duck mascot watching "Kamisama no Karute" at a movie theater, and Sakurai and Miyazaki make their appearance as a married couple.

The theme of this CM will be based on modern medicine. When the duck observes the bonds between the couple, as well as the bond between doctors and patients, it unconsciously start to cry. Thanks to the help of CG, it's said that the duck cries with a powerful expression of love and emotion.

The background music was created by pianist Tsujii Nobuyuki (22), who also produced the music for the upcoming movie as well.

This Aflac/�Kamisama no Karute� CM is set to broadcast on the 20th.
