Actress Amami Yuki will be voice acting for the Japanese dubbed version of the Hollywood movie, "Real Steel". She will be in charge of the voice for 'Bailey Tallet', originally played by actress Evangeline Lilly.
Amami had previously voice acted for the animated movie, "Ponyo", but this will be her first time voice acting for a live-action film.
Set in the year 2020, the movie tells the† story about a father and son who tries to revive their relationship through a boxing game between robots. Amami's role is of a woman who watches over the two.
Reflecting on her new role, Amami said, "Normally, I would be able to express things using my entire body... so it was difficult. However, there is wonderful acting in the movie, so I hope my voice will be able to catch up with my feelings."
Amami will attend the world premiere of the movie on October 2nd in Los Angeles. She commented, "I am looking forward to it."
