Perfume to release a new single and album!

Electropop trio Perfume has just updated their official website with exciting news about a new single and album, both slated for release this November!

According to the announcement, their still-untitled new single will be released on November 2nd and will contain two songs: a currently untitled track and their "Kirin Chu-Hai Hyouketsu" CM song, "GLITTER". Those who pre-order the limited edition or regular version of the single at certain stores will receive an exclusive B2-sized poster.

Meanwhile, Perfume's new album "JPN"�will be released on November 30th. It's been nearly two and a half years since their last album release with "Triangle", and so this particular album is gaining much interest from J-Pop fans. The trio's long-awaited album will contain all their recent singles from "Fushizen na Girl / Natural ni Koi Shite", as well as new material. Fans can either pick up the limited CD+DVD version or the regular CD-only version when the release hits stores.

The trio also revealed two other fun surprises for Perfume fans. Perfume will be embarking on their first nationwide arena tour in 2012, which features 11 different performances so far. Additionally, Perfume will be holding a dance contest titled "Perfume Dance Contest ~Miseyo, JPN!~". The final round of the event is scheduled to take place on October 29th at Stellar Ball.
