Former Morning�Musume member, Takahashi Ai, will be starring in a stage performance called "La Patisserie", which will open at Ikebukuro Sunshine Theater during March 3rd to 11th.

The story is set at a confectionery, and Takahashi will play a newbie patissier who falls in love with another patissier who lost his memories. Takahashi's love interest will be played by Inoue Masahiro, who's known for playing lead role in 'Kamen Rider Decade'.

As this marks Takahashi's first attempt at a straight play, she commented, "I will try my best to be able to show new Takahashi Ai." 'La Patisserie' will also be Inoue's first stage appearance.

Other co-stars in the production include Murai Ryota and Sakai Miki.
