On April 9th, AKB48�s Minegishi Minami (19), Yokoyama Yui (19), and Umeda Ayaka (23) made a guest appearance at Hikari TV�s announcement event. At this event, the members announced the second installment of AKB48�s short comedy program, "Bimyou~" which aired its last episode back in March.

The program contents and broadcast times has yet to be revealed, and the 3 girls were asked what challenges they would like to face in the new program. Yokoyama shared her idea with, "I want the members to challenge themselves in various part-time jobs, and we will decide the next Senbatsu members based on which members sells the most." Meanwhile Minegishi shared, "The members will be challenged in various fields of expertise." Umeda also proposed that all 200 members of AKB48 (including their sister groups) should play the telephone game for this program and pitched in an idea for this short comedy program.

In addition, it was revealed at this event that Hikari TV has attracted 2 million subscribers to their video distribution service due to the booming popularity of AKB48. To celebrate, a large cake was presented in front of Minegishi, Yokoyama, and Umeda. With admiration, Umeda stated, �The population of Gunma or Tochigi prefecture is approximately 2 million people. I think it is amazing to think that many people were watching Hikari TV.� and thanked the audience for this impressive feat.
