Porno Graffitti has announced that they will be releasing a new single titled "Kageboushi" on September 19th.

The duo's 36th single has been chosen as the theme song for the upcoming NHK drama "Tsurukame Josanin ~Minami no Shima Kara~", which begins broadcasting on August 28th and stars actress Naka Riisa as the lead. This gem of a ballad was written by vocalist Okano Akihito especially for the drama, and the impressively warm timbre of the acoustic guitar will be provided by resident guitarist Shindou Haruichi.

Although the track list and jacket covers have yet to be revealed for "Kageboushi", it has been revealed that the single will be available in two editions (CD+DVD and CD-only), and two songs in addition to the title track will be included. The DVD that comes with the limited edition CD+DVD version will contain the PV for "Kageboushi".

Until then, Porno Graffitti will keep busy with their upcoming nationwide tour, "12th Live Circuit 'PANORAMA x 42", which begins next week on July 13th and continues until the end of the year. The tour features a whopping 42 performances in 37 different locations, including a three-day live at Nippon Budoukan.
