AKB48 appeared on the TBS' music program "Kayou Kyoku!" which aired on January 22 as a special 2-hour live broadcast. On the program, they performed their upcoming 30th single "So long!" (to be released on February 20th) for the first time.
"So long!" is their annual sakura song, and it is being used in NTT docomo's CM "AKB-dake ni Narimashita version" that the members star in.
It was also revealed that Watanabe Mayu would be the center for the song for the first time, and Shimazaki Haruka and Matsui Jurina located both sides of Watanabe.
The members performed on the show were Oshima Yuko, Shinoda Mariko, Itano Tomomi, Kashiwagi Yuki, Kitahara Rie, Kojima Haruna, Takahashi Minami, Minegishi Minami, Yokoyama Yui, Watanabe Miyuki, Sashihara Rino (HKT48), Matsui Rena (SKE48), Yamamoto Sayaka (NMB48) including Watanabe, Shimazaki, and Matsui.
During the show, there was also a segment where AKB48 members met a comedian Kintaro who is known for her AKB48 mimic. Setting Kintaro as the center, they also performed "Flying Get" together.
