On February 27, Nakagawa Shoko donated blood for the first time at 'akiba: F Kenketsu Room' in Akihabara.

Nakagawa looked relaxed as she said, "I'm happy that the room had a TV, iPod, manga, and drinks... They even had the manga I wanted to read!"

This was a part of the blood donation promotion campaign, 'Kenketsu Shiyou! 2013 in TOKYO', which aims to increase the number of blood donors in their teens and twenties. Before donating blood, Nakagawa expressed, "I'm sincerely happy to do something that will benefit somebody else. There is only good in this. I can also become happy."

Additionally, Nakagawa will hold a special live on March 28th at Shibuya O-EAST. This will be sponsored by the Tokyo Red Cross Blood Center. Blood donation centers in the Metropolitan Area will be accepting applications to win tickets to this event.
