Previously, we reported that a live-action adaptation of�Watsuki Nobuhiro's popular manga "Rurouni Kenshin" starring Sato Takeru, will be getting two sequels for the Summer of 2014.�
It was recently revealed that Iseya Yusuke and Kamiki Ryunosuke have been added as the new cast members for the film.�
Iseya will play as "Shinomori Aoshi" who aims for the protagonist "Himura Kenshin" (played by Sato) in order to dispel his comrades' grudge, while Kamiki will play "Seta Sojiro", the right hand man of Kenshin's old enemy "Shishio Makoto" (played by Fujiwara Tatsuya), who is born with sword ability.
Additionally, Tanaka Min (as "Kashiwazaki Nenji" aka "Okina"), Miyazawa Kazufumi (as "Okubo Toshimichi"), Ozawa Yukiyoshi (as "Ito Hirobumi"), Oyagi Kaito (as "Myojin Yahiko"), Takahashi Maryjun (as "Komagata Yumi"), and Miura Ryosuke (as "Sawagejo Cho") have also been chosen as new cast members.
The sequels are based on the "Kyoto Arc" of the original manga, and it depicts the fierce battles between Kenshin and his powerful enemies who attempt to gain control in Japan.
The filming has already begun, and it will also be held across Japan, including Yamagata, Nagano, Kyoto, and Kumamoto.�
