Ayase Haruka Reflects on Kohaku 2013

Actress Ayase Haruka (28) attended the "SK-II Beautiful Skin Pitera Dock" event on January 16.

At the event she reflected on her MC skills at last year's "64th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen" and expressed interest in MC-ing again.

Ayase, who made her first event appearance this year, was flustered by Kohaku, "I was really nervous about singing, and I made many mistakes. The Arashi members and everyone else really helped me out a lot." She expressed her gratitude to the other performers and MCs who caught her slips during Kohaku. Furthermore, she declared her wish to redeem herself, "If there is another opportunity to MC, I will definitely try to make more pleasant atmosphere for the singers."

Ayase had attended the PR event for SK-II's free skin counseling "Beautiful Skin Pitera Dock" as SK-II's brand ambassador. She announced that her beauty goal for the year is to have "bouncy and moist skin". "Pitera Dock" will open in Tokyo Midtown from January 17 to 19 before moving on to other major cities in the country.
