On February 3, AKB48 member Uchida Mayumi held a release event for her romance novel 'Ienai Koigokoro' at Fukuya Bookstore Shinjuku Subnade. 

As the first member from AKB48 to make her novelist debut, Uchida laughed and said, "I am proud of it." Although the novel is a story that portrays the romance of 6 female idols, she stated, "99.9% of it was written from my imagination. My secret love? I leave that up to your imagination." 

Since the group has a dating ban, Uchida seemed worried as she said, "If the members read it, they might become interested in love, so I'm scared." Regarding producer Akimoto Yasushi's reaction to the novel, she shared, "He was surprised, but he told me, 'It's something only Uchida can do, so do your best.' I want to become an author who can treat my members."
