It's been revealed that Hemenway will disband after their one-man live on April 5th at WWW, Tokyo.

Regarding the disbandment, the members explained, "While thinking about our future goals, the 4 members found a difference in our music dreams and direction. It became impossible for all of us to walk towards the same goal." 

Hemenway is comprised of two Korean-American members Issac (Vo,G) and Charm (G), and two Japanese members Ogaching (B), and Toshi (Dr). After graduating from Berklee College of Music in Boston, they formed in 2010. They made their major debut in November of 2011 with the single "Listen".
