AKB48's upcoming 36th single is titled "Labrador Retriever" (to be released on May 21) and Watanabe Mayu will serve as the center for this single.



This marks the second time for Watanabe to take the center position as she was the center for the group's 30th single "So long!" (released in February 2013). There are 36 girls in total chosen as the Senbatsu members for the title track. 

"Labrador Retriever" will contain the voting ticket for "The 6th AKB48 Senbatsu General Election" that will be held on June 7.
