New York jazz singer Jose James will release the Japanese version of his new album "WHILE YOU WERE SLEEPING" on June 4. He has collaborated with Sheena Ringo for its bonus track "Ashita no Hito feat. Sheena Ringo".�

This collaboration was decided when the two hit it off after Sheena had attended Jose's live. A part of this song can be heard on Jose's label website.�

"WHILE YOU WERE SLEEPING" is produced by Brian Bender, and it features Kris Bowers (Key), Solomon Dorsey (B), Richard Spaven (Dr), and�Brad Allen Williams (G) as the recording members. It will also include covers of Al Green's "Simply Beautiful" and�The Velvet Underground's "Who Loves The Sun".�
