Hello! Project's countdown live 'Hello! Project COUNTDOWN PARTY 2014' will be held simultaneously at Orix Theater (Osaka) and Kobe International House (Hyogo) on December 31.�

In addition to Hello! Project groups,�LoVendo?,�Bitter & Sweet, THE Possible, Kikkawa You, and Up Up Girls Kakko Kari will gather at the event. There will be two parts to the event; part 1 at 4:30 pm and part 2 at 11:00 pm. For the earlier show, the performers will go back and forth between Osaka and Kobe. Then at 11:00 pm, all performers will get together in Osaka for the countdown. The MC for the first show will be Nakazawa Yuko in Osaka and Yoshizawa Hitomi in Kobe. Both Nakazawa and Yoshizawa will be the MC for the second show in Osaka.
