On March 19, it was reported that there was an accident at the Imperial Theatre, Tokyo, during musical "Endless SHOCK" starring KinKi Kids' Domoto Koichi. 

The accident involved an 800 kilogram LED panel on the stage falling down, and according to Toho which operates the theatre, total of 6 people, 5 cast members and 1 staff member, got injured. 

Due to the accident, the evening performance for the day was cancelled. 

Toho reported via FAX that all 6 people were able to go home after receiving precise examination, as 5 of them were slightly injured, and 1 person was diagnosed with bruising.

Toho also stated that they would make a thorough investigation into the cause of the accident.
