Record company Warner Music Japan, who will be celebrating its 45th foundation anniversary this year, has established a brand new management company 'Warner Music Agency' with the theme "ideas and creations from scratch". 

On March 1st, the new company has started accepting entries for new talent auditions under the slogan "make a hit!!". Besides music artists, the company is looking for models, actors, talents, and comedians. 

Some artists who belong to Warner Music Japan are Yamashita Tatsuro, Nishiuchi Mariya, RIP SLYME, Kobukuro, Superfly, and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu.
