Itano Tomomi has landed her first lead movie role in 'Nozokime' that's scheduled to open in theaters next spring.�
'Nozokime' is based on a horror novel of the same title by Mitsuda Shinzou. The story revolves around the mystery of 'nozokime', a 'peeping eye' that watches humans from tiny cracks that can be found in one's everyday life. When a person comes eye-to-eye with the 'nozokime', they are faced with uncontrollable fear.�
Itano plays 'Mishima Ayano', a novice AD at a TV broadcasting station, who searches for the truth of the 'nozokime'. The movie is directed by�Miki Koichiro, who is known for the 'Torihada' movie series.�
According to sources, the movie has already finished filming.�Itano commented, "I threw my usual self away, and dove into director Miki's production. After we finished filming, I felt like I burst through a shell. I am looking�forward to its completion."
