Amuro Namie's new single "Mint" is slated to drop in stores on May 18.

The title track will serve as the theme song for Fuji TV's upcoming drama "Boku no Yabai Tsuma" premiering on April 19. It's a suspense drama that revolves around a husband and wife (played by Ito Hideaki and Kimura Yoshino). 

The drama's production team approached Amuro and asked her to provide the theme song. On "Mint", the singer commented, "By singing this thrilling track with a sense of speed from a woman's point of view, I hope to deliver the drama's charm even more."
