AKB48 will release their new single (currently untitled) on December 21.

The senbatsu members of this single are the winners of the seven blocks from�AKB48�group's event 'AKB48 Group Unit Single Soudatsu Janken Taikai' held last month. The single's release date was announced by this year's janken queen Tanabe Miku on November 3 during the event 'AKB48 Group Aki Matsuri' at Pacifico Yokohama. The event also featured an unveiling of the music videos for "Osaekirenai Shoudou," "Better," "Hoshizora wo Kimi ni," "Shishunki no Adrenaline," and "Seijun Tired," which are all coupling tracks to the group's�46th single "High Tension."

Furthermore, AKB48 announced that they would hold their annual 'Request Hour' event on January 21 and 22 at�TOKYO DOME CITY HALL.�
