It's been reported AKB48 member Inagaki Kaori has fractured her occipital bone (bone found at the lower-back area of the cranium). 

Inagaki accidentally fell off the stage during the group's one-man live on April 1 at Saitama Super Arena. After a visit to the hospital, they found that her occipital bone was fractured, but she was completely alert. They will continue to monitor her and address any problems that they find. As such, she will be halting her activities until she is in top condition.
