Artists for the '69th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen' announced

The performing artists for NHK's '69th Kohaku Uta Gassen' have been announced.

Forty two artists are scheduled to perform on this year's program with 21 artists on each team. We will see first-time appearances by Aimyong and DAOKO on the red team, and King & Prince, Suchmos, Junretsu, and YOSHIKI feat. HYDE on the white team.

As a special project, Sheena Ringo and Miyamoto Hiroji will be giving a performance.

This year's hosts will be Hirose Suzu representing the red team and Arashi's Sakurai Sho epresenting the white team.
