On December 18, DA PUMP member U-YEAH (35) updated his blog and revealed that he's married and has a child. 

U-YEAH shared that a photo of himself and his wife was going to be published on a tabloid magazine. He wrote, "I have been living together with my wife since before joining the group. She had supported me during my hard times, and by working hard together, we married about five years ago. After that, we were blessed with a child."

He continued, "The two of them are irreplaceable and important family members. I didn't mean to hide it, but I am surprised that it's been brought to attention in this way. However, this shows that I have even more supporters and the group's activities are successful, so I am grateful." 

He apologized, "I am sorry if this gives anyone unpleasant feelings," and concluded, "I hope to grow while continuing to dance harder than ever, facing my activities earnestly, and taking care of my supporters and family."
