Popular manga 'Attack on Titan' ('Shingeki no Kyojin') author Isayama Hajime has announced his marriage. 

In a blog entry titled 'My Last Update for 2018,' he wrote, "It's a personal matter, but I got married this year. With my companion, I will work even harder as a manga artist and a person."

On his partner, he explained, "I often get asked if I got married to my former assistant 'Yamamoto Arisa-san,' but my spouse is not Yamamoto Arisa-san." Finally, he stated, "In any case, I will continue to draw manga in 2019!"
