Three-time Olympic wrestling champion Yoshida Saori (36) has announced her retirement.

Yoshida wrote on her Instagram and Twitter, "Thank you for always supporting Yoshida Saori. At this time, I have made the decision to put an end to my 33-year wrestling career. It is all thanks to everyone's support that I have been able to do my best as an active wrestler all these years. Thank you very much, everyone." She will be holding a press conference to make an official announcement in front of the media.
