On July 8, former NMB48 member Watanabe Miyuki updated her Twitter account revealing her current weight. 

Watanabe wrote, "I went on the scary scale for the first time in awhile, and I was under 40 kg (88lbs)! I'm so lucky!" She continued, "I don't really care about my weight, but I wonder if I should weigh myself everyday?" Her tweet caused many fans to worry about her health. 

Afterwards, Watanabe tweeted, "I eat well, sleep well, and exercise, so my health is not a concern," reassuring fans that she is in good shape.
