Nogizaka46 have announced that they would be launching a new project.�

On August 14, an announcement movie played during the group's Osaka concert of their tour 'Nogizaka46 Manatsu no Zenkoku Tour 2019.' In the movie, starring members Shiraishi Mai, Saito Asuka, Matsumura Sayuri, Hori Miona, and Yamashita Mizuki, the narrator states, "A new challenge in which the members will devote themselves over an extended period of time is about to begin."

A press conference with more information regarding the project will be held on September 5. In addition, the group has started an Instagram account under the username�@nogizaka46_world.
