On April 8, AAA's Uno Misako uploaded a video of herself covering Piko Taro's hand-washing song "PPAP -2020-", which he recently revealed to encourage everyone to wash their hands.�

This collaboration was decided when Piko Taro producer Kosaka Daimaou asked Uno via Twitter if she would cover the song. On the video, Uno commented, "I covered PPAP -2020- after Piko Taro's producer Kosaka-san nominated me. Let's wash our hands, gargle, and work together in order to prevent the spread of the virus."
