On April 4, actress Honda Tsubasa uploaded a video on YouTube titled 'Please give me three and a half minutes' to ask young people to refrain from nonessential outings.
Tsubasa stated, "We only receive information on TV or the internet, but let's refrain from nonessential outings. Also, please wash your hands and gargle. At least do these two things. I believe 'nonessential outings' also include going out to eat with your friends."
She continued, "I understand that you want to hang out with your friends, but I want you to think about what if your friend is infected or you are infected [with coronavirus]. I want you to think about what would happen if you were to spread it to an elderly person. Your rash actions could put other people's lives in danger. Everyone, please be careful."
Finally, she said, "Let's stay home! Let's play games together! I will also be careful myself."
