LDH JAPAN has announced that Sandaime J SOUL BROTHERS from EXILE TRIBE member ELLY has been infected with the new coronavirus. 

After making a live appearance on TBS's 'Honoo no Taiikukai TV SP' on August 1st, ELLY came down with a fever. Out of precaution, he decided to cancel his appearance on Sandaime J SOUL BROTHERS' live broadcast via the video streaming service CL on the 2nd. He took the PCR test on the 3rd, and on the 5th, it was confirmed positive. He currently has no symptoms, and is working towards recovery.

The other six members of Sandaime JSB are not considered to be persons of close contact. ELLY commented, "Under the guidance of the doctor and health center, I will rest and focus on recovering right now so that I will not infect other people."
