Fitness trainer Tanabe Risako, who appeared on the Netflix reality program 'TERRACE HOUSE TOKYO 2019-2020,' has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. 

In an announcement via Tanabe's official Instagram account, her agency stated, "On August 19th, it was confirmed that our Tanabe Risako has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. She had a fever on August 18th, so she consulted a medical institution. The following day, the 16th, she had the PCR test done, which came back positive on the 19th." She is currently recuperating at home under the guidance of the health center.
