Johnny's & Associates have announced that Yamashita Tomohisa's activities have been temporarily suspended and Kamenashi Kazuya (KAT-TUN) has been given a stern warning after reports of drinking with underage women. 

After confirming the facts, Johnny's & Associates found out that the two visited a restaurant with another man, where they were introduced to women who claimed to be of drinking age. As such, they did not think that they were "drinking with minors."

However, Johnny's & Associates stated that because "we are in a situation where everyone is living their lives with limits while continuously facing the novel coronavirus," they understand that this situation has caused worry and trouble to everyone. After confirming their intentions, it was decided that that Yamashita's activities be temporarily suspended and Kamenashi be given a serious warning. 

Johnny's & Associates commented, "We will fully accept this happening caused by Yamashita and Kamenashi, who have been supported by fans and persons concerned for many years, and will work on guiding and supervising our talents from now on."
