It's been reported that actor Umeno Yasukiyo died on August 25 at 8:50 am due to old age. He was 87 years old. 

Umeno was born on July 14, 1933 in Tokyo. In 1951, when he was a high schooler, he was selected to play the lead role in Gekidan Mingei's youth play 'Yamabiko Gakkou,' then joined Gekidan Mingei in 1954. 

In addition to countless plays, he has starred in numerous films, such as 'Bakumatsu Taiyouden' and 'Otoko wa Tsuraiyo: Torajiro Koiuta,' as well as dramas, such as 'Atsuhime' and 'Dokushin Kizoku.'  

His funeral was held with family on August 30. Our deepest condolences go out to his loved ones at this time.
