Shibutani Subaru will release his second solo album "NEED" on November 11. 

This announcement comes on his 39th birthday, September 22. It's been a year since his last album "Nisai" was released in October of 2019. Through the upcoming album, he hopes to deliver the message of "cherishing the ordinary days in front of you at any time."
