A new program titled '1-Oku 3000-Mannin no SHOW Channel' hosted by Arashi's Sakurai Sho will begin its broadcast on NTV beginning January. 

'1-Oku 3000-Mannin no SHOW Channel' will succeed 'Arashi ni Shiyagare' that's scheduled to end in December. The program will invite celebrities, cultural figures, athletes, and even members of the general public to submit things they want to do or see, then materialize them. Sakurai, who loves to watch videos of various genres on a regular basis, will serve as the director of this 'SHOW Channel.' 

On being in charge of this new program, Sakurai commented, "Until now, the five of us have carefully protected Saturdays at 9 pm. To carry on this major role by myself, I am honestly surprised." He continued to express, "I hope to deliver a peaceful atmosphere that will help to heal the fatigue for the week. I will aim for a program that people will talk about at school or work at the beginning of the week."
