Mr.Children's new song "Brand new planet" has been picked up as the theme song for Fuji TV's upcoming drama 'Nee-chan no Koibito' starring Arimura Kasumi. 

'Nee-chan no Koibito' is a story about Adachi Momoko (Arimura), whose parents died in an accident leaving her with her three younger brothers. One day, she meets a man at her workplace and falls in love. The man Momoko falls for will be played by Hayashi Kento, and her three brothers by Takahashi Kaito (King & Prince), Hyuga Wataru, and Minamide Ryoka. 

The theme song "Brand new planet" will be included in Mr.Children's new album "SOUNDTRACKS" to be released on December 2. This song was selected as the drama's production team wanted to "deliver a story of 'hope and regeneration' to the world that has been broken from the anxiety caused by the coronavirus."
