SEKAI NO OWARI's new song "silent" has been picked up as the theme song for TBS drama 'Kono Koi Atatamemasuka' that's scheduled to premiere on October 20. 

"silent" is described as a Christmas song that's perfect for the upcoming season. The drama's producer Nakai Yoshikiko commented, "I made the offer as soon as it was determined that 'Kono Koi Atatamemasuka' would start in fall. I hope you will enjoy the theme song, which is a love song and also a Christmas song that you will want to listen to during this season." Meanwhile, the band members stated, "We went through a lot of trial and error to get the melody, the theme of the lyrics, and how to sing it. Please listen to SEKAI NO OWARI's new Christmas song." 

"silent" will be released as SEKAI NO OWARI's new single on December 16. More details on the single will be revealed in the near future.
