It's been reported that actor Kuroba Mario (27) has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. 

According to an announcement by his agency, Kuroba felt sick on November 12th so he went to take the PCR test. On the 13th, he was notified that his test result was positive. They explained, "On November 5th, he was suspected to have come in contact with a virus carrier. After taking the PCR test on the 6th, his results came back negative. Although he was contacted by the health center afterwards that he was no longer suspected to be a person of close contact, he took the PCR test again on the 8th to be absolutely sure. That result was negative also." 

They continued, "However, he claimed that he was feeling unwell on November 12th, so he took the PCR test once more, which came back positive on the 13th. He is currently hospitalized under instruction from the health center. We will update you on his condition again." 

Kuroba was the runner-up in the '23rd JUNON SUPERBOY CONTEST' in 2010. He started to gain popularity after starring in the musicals 'Tennis no Oujisama 2nd Season' and 'Touken Ranbu.' Besides these, he has starred in the dramas 'Dansui!' (NTV), 'SUITS 2' (Fuji TV), and 'Koi wa Tsuzukuyo Dokomademo' (TBS).
