It's been announced that MISIA's concerts on December 5 and 6 have been cancelled after the singer suffered an injury to her spine.
On November 15, MISIA fell off of a horse while shooting a segment for TBS's 'news23.' She saw a doctor the following day and learned that she had suffered a thoracic spinous process fracture requiring six weeks to recover.
As such, her charity concert 'So Special Christmas' that was scheduled to be held on December 5 at Kobe International House and December 6 at Osaka's Festival Hall have been cancelled. Details on ticket refunds will be announced on November 25.
MISIA is also scheduled to hold concerts on December 19 and 20 at Tokyo International Forum and perform on NHK's 'Kohaku Uta Gassen' on December 30. These may be cancelled as well depending on her recovery.
