It's been announced that Tokyo live house Takadanobaba AREA will be closing on December 31, 2021. 

Takadanobaba AREA is known to be a mecca for visual kei bands. The venue will be closing due to the aging and demolition of its main building. They wrote on their official website and Twitter accounts, "Thank you for your patronage since our opening in 1997. Our time remaining is short with only a year left, but the staff will do our best so that everyone can enjoy themselves until the last day."
