STU48 will release their sixth single (currently untitled) on February 17. 

On December 16, STU48 made an appearance in Space Shower TV Plus' event which was broadcasted live on SKY PerfecTV! On Demand. Members Ishida Chiho, Iwata Hina, Oki Yuka, Kadowaki Miyuna, Takino Yumiko, Fukuda Akari, and Yabushita Fuu, who were selected by fans as the 'STU48 6th Single Coupling Unit,' gave a performance as 'Setonai PR Butai.' The event also featured a performance by Tsubaki Factory. 

The sixth single announcement came at the end of this event during the members' greetings. Kadowaki enthusiastically said, "We will be giving out more details on the new song, so please look forward to it!" The single will include a coupling track sung by the 'Setonai PR Butai.' 

In related news, STU48 will hold an independent concert on January 15 at Nippon Budokan. Tickets will be available for purchase until December 24 at 10:00 am.
