Hamasaki Ayumi will release a ballad best album titled "A BALLADS 2" on March 12. 

This will be her second ballad best album following "A BALLADS" released 18 years ago in March of 2003. Only the title of the album has been revealed at this time, so stay tuned as further details are coming soon!
