Actress Matsui Rena opened her YouTube channel on January 12. In her first video, Matsui talks about anime 'Gundam SEED' and voice actor Hoshi Soichiro while making milk tea. 

Matsui rewatched 'Gundam SEED' when it became available in HD on Netflix. "There were so many times when I thought voice actor Hoshi-san, who voices the protagonist Kira Yamato, was amazing," she said and continued to explain, "From the second episode, he starts talking really fast. How amazing!" She then reenacted the lines in fast-talk revealing that it took her seven times to record it. "What's amazing is that Hoshi-san got an OK in one shot," she continued. 

Matsui added, "After rewatching it, I really felt that Hoshi-san's ability to shout was amazing. When he confronts Athrun Zala, who is his friend and enemy, they shout at each other..." When her milk tea was done, she stated, "There's not enough time... There is so much more that I want to say about 'Gundam SEED' and Hoshi-san."
