
After recovering from COVID-19, actor Takeda Shinji (48) has now been diagnosed with the flu. As such, his appearance in the musical 'Parade' has been suspended.
On the musical's official website, it states, "Takeda Shinji-san, who was scheduled to appear in the show from January 17th, broke out with a fever on the 16th, and after being examined at a medical institution, he was diagnosed with the flu."
They continued, "He will be suspending his performance for the time being, and will return when he recovers. It should be noted that Tagawa Keiichi-san will be standing in for Takeda-san's role of Bullitt Craig."
As previously reported, Takeda tested positive for COVID-19 on January 2nd. Besides him, there were several persons working on the set that also received a positive diagnosis. As such, the opening of musical 'Parade' on January 15th had been postponed until the evening of the 17th.
