Dochin Yoshikuni (CHEMISTRY) will release a double A-side single titled "Ai no Machibouke / My Angel" on April 7. 

It's been about four years since Dochin last released a solo work. Among the two title tracks, "Ai no Machbouke" was written as the theme song for the movie 'Hachi to Palma no Monogatari' that's scheduled to open in theaters this summer. Ueda Tadashi, who has worked on the music for many movies, worked with Dochin for about a year to come up with this song. Meanwhile, "My Angel" was written by Ishii Masayuki, who serves as the support member for CHEMISTRY and Hanaregumi. Dochin performed it for the first time in 2019 at the music event 'LIVE in the DARK' at the Konica Minolta Planetarium Tenku in Tokyo Sky Tree Town. In addition, it will be used as the theme song for 'MEGOHIME,' a joint anime by Fukushima Prefecture Miharu Town and GAINA. 

As the coupling track, the single will include a cover of Jeff Buckley's "Lilac Wine." It was produced by Ishii with participation by Dr.kyOn on the keyboard and Shiino Kyoichi on drums.
