Fukuoka Akiko (ex. Chatmonchy) has launched a YouTube channel. In her first video, she announced her marriage as well as the birth of her baby. 

Fukuoka says she started YouTube in order to deliver music during the coronavirus pandemic from the event space OLUYO that she runs in her hometown of Tokushima. She also talked about her private life announcing, "Actually, I got married after Chatmonchy disbanded, and last year, I 'released' a child."

Fukuoka revealed that she decided to base her activities in Tokushima after she had her baby. "I moved into an old, yet cute and nice house. I hope to show you it when I film there," she commented.
