It's been reported that actor Saito Takumi had withdrawn from the Tokyo Olympic Torch Relay. 

According to his agency, there were issues with the scheduling after the Tokyo Olympics had been postponed. Apparently, they informed the Olympic committee last year regarding his withdrawal. 

Saito was selected as one of the many celebrities to run in the Olympic Torch Relay. He was scheduled to run through Fukushima Prefecture. 

Besides Saito, it was also recently reported that singer Itsuki Hiroshi (Fukui Prefecture) and actress Tokiwa Takako (Ishikawa Prefecture) have withdrawn from the relay due to scheduling issues.
